Defining ourselves puts us on a back foot for a moment as whatever we have done and whatever we are going to do do seems to be so small and always short of the beautiful world we wish this earth to be. We are just a group of people taking care of the children who somehow remained neglected and are unnoticed in our society.

Since 2017

Insoul Welfare Organization is child of the like minded people who wanted to give back to the society and also were of belief that if "you want a healthy tree and a beautiful Garden, nurture the seed first". With that idea on mind and being brought up in the country of second largest population of the world with mountains of problems at hand, we considered it to be a wise decision to concentrate on the children who are being deprived of gaining the education they are entitled to, instead of trying to resolve a hundred problems of the society. To work the roots, it seems empirical to make our children ready for the future, make them self reliable which could only be achieved through means of education.

Moreover, We love to work with the children and the process of Learning has proven to be a two way street. Coming into existence since 2017, we have made beautiful relations and have nurtured considerable number of lives including ourselves with the love we have got from the children. Our common approach towards our goals is a four stage process.

  • Identify child, Parents or Guardian.
  • Make a Social, Mental and Economical Assessment.
  • Identify and lay out Pathways of Growth.
  • Introduce to a Mentor and Track the Progess.
Vision

We started with a vision of creating a collective stregth by forming an organization of skilled people who can serve the poor and ignored children of our soceity. Our vision since then has been ever expanding, adapting technology, implementing professional expertise, developing management skills among the team members, all pushing hard towards one single objective, empowerment of children through education.

Mission

Our mission is quintessential for us to keep all that we do in perspective in order to help us make right decisions. Our prime objective is to change as many lives of the children of the weaker section as we can. We are putting our best efforts forth to educate children getting them to school and work the society bottom up. A generation transformed, we believe, will take care of the generations to come. 

Career

As we are expanding rapidly, we are trying to cover more space. We accumulate data on regular basis and try identifying places that needs our presence. As such, we have openings coming up for vaious roles for the people who want to earn and do good for others as well. HR Professionals, Professional counselors, health workers, teachers, accountants etc., we engage all for a sustainable system creation.
